Refunds and exchanges

Returns

You may return any product, with the exception of sale or discounted items, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed ie. in mint condition. All original packaging and labelling must be returned also. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, so please choose carefully. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

To return an item email us at info@thunderpants.co.nz. Please ensure the packing slip (including contact details) is in the package with the returned goods and a note telling us what you would like us to do. Please make sure the returned package is secure as we can’t accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Our shipping envelopes are made to be used twice so feel free to use those again!

Refunds will be processed back via your original payment method or a gift card can be issued that is valid for 12 months.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a garment, please email us as soon as possible at info@thunderpants.co.nz.

All return shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer) unless the original garment was incorrect or faulty so please choose carefully. Please place a new order for the item you would like and your return will be refunded when it arrives in original condition, unworn and unwashed. We recommend sending any returns using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any item which does not arrive.

 

Incorrect or faulty items
