







Delivery information
Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in the currency selected.
If there is a problem with supplying the order you will be advised via email of the options.
Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
Delivery within NZ
Delivery to any non rural street address in New Zealand will be by courier. These orders are traceable.
Rural and PO Box addresses in New Zealand will be by New Zealand post. These orders are not traceable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your goods. A email will be sent when the goods are dispatched.
International delivery
All orders outside of New Zealand are sent via New Zealand International Air Post. Expected delivery times for key destinations is between 7-14 days.
Orders are not tracked outside New Zealand and Thunderpants (Thriveclothing) will not be liable for any import or custom taxes that may apply to your order.
Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Thunderpants please return your purchase to Thunderpants within 7 days of receipt and we will either exchange your item/s or refund your purchase in full using the original payment method. If you paid by cheque or internet banking please include a bank account number that we can deposit the refund into.
Please indicate the reason for the return using the details provided on the packing slip and select your preferred remedy.
The item/s must be in original condition please. Unworn, with tags attached and packaging in good condition.
If you are not able to do your return instore at Thunderpants/Thrive in Martinborough then package the item/s securely including the packing slip and receipt and either:
Courier to Thunderpants, 8 Kitchener St, Martinborough, Wairarapa
or post to Thunderpants, PO Box 164, Martinborough 5741, Wairarapa
....however we will only refund the freight costs if the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for other products sorry.

Payment Terms:
Payment types accepted are visa, mastercard, cheque or Internet banking, transactions will be billed in the 'currency selected'. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website, a confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order. An invoice can also be viewed via your account profile on Thunderpants under order history.
Once the items on your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the Goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card. You authorize Thunderpants to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card.
If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed. We may process this Order or further Orders if you make a payment.
Shipping
All shipping within New Zealand costs $7.00
Shipping to international locations is determined by weight.
Orders are sent by NZ Post International Air Post. Delivery to key destinations is approximately 7-14 days.
